By accessing and using Lavalink Status Monitor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for its intended purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to disrupt the backend infrastructure or monitoring processes.
• Scraping data from public status pages at an excessive frequency.
• Registering malicious or non-Lavalink endpoints to exploit the monitoring system.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 100% accuracy, metrics are polled at intervals and may occasionally reflect transient network issues. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the nodes registered under your Discord account. Ensure that your Lavalink endpoints are secure and that you follow the terms of your hosting provider.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our dashboard or via the Discord bot.
